3.1 Quotes

- A deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of the quote

- The remaining balance is due upon delivery or as specified in the quote

6.2 Indirect Damages

Alexandra Novikov shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

6.3 Maximum Liability

In any case, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7.1 Client Cancellation

The client may cancel an engagement with 15 days written notice. Deposits are non-refundable, and work completed to date will be billed.

7.2 Provider Termination

Alexandra Novikov reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the client fails to meet their obligations, with 15 days written notice.
